Your Agent Image TV Project Manager will call you at your scheduled meeting time to go over the details of your video and gather information needed to send to the video producers. Please begin brainstorming what you would like for your videos. This meeting will only take only 20-30 minutes and we recommend you have access to a computer during the meeting.
After the meeting, we will review the information you have provided to us and send this to our video production company. You will receive a copy of the meeting details which we recommend you also bring the day of your scheduled shoot. The video production company will then call you within 48 hours to schedule a time, date and location to meet you to film your new video.
Our Videographer will be on-site for approximately ONE hour. The first part will involve setting-up and reviewing the location. This would be time for you to point out any area(s) that you would like us to film and any area(s) that you prefer we do not.
The second part is shooting the video. If you feel comfortable in front of the camera, we would like to film you saying some key points about your business. If you would rather not appear in the video, then we would like to record some audio of you speaking. We will shoot multiple takes of you speaking and show you right there what you look and sound like to make sure you are satisfied with your performance. Keep in mind that the real magic happens in our leading Post-Production facilities and you will only need to say a few words at a time to give us what we need on our side to deliver an effective online Video Commercial for your business.
Please note we try not to capture any of your customers' full facial image on film but anyone appearing on camera will be required to sign a model release form prior to having us include them in the video. You may find sample model release forms online or contact your office to see if your company has this type of form already available.
How long does it take from start to finish?
It depends on how soon you schedule your shooting date from the time you place your order but typically it runs about 14 business days from the time you place your order, until the online Video Commercial is completed.
Who chooses the music for my video?
Our skilled Post-Production Team will select the music from our in-house library of over 10,000 professionally recorded royalty-free songs. They will consult your completed Video Guideline Form to ensure that they choose music that is in keeping with the style and tempo of your video.
Can I use my own music for the video?
Yes, you may use your own music for the video however you must provide legal proof of ownership or license and submit your selected music and documentation to Agent Image before the day of your shoot.
Can I make edits to my completed video?
Yes, you can request one (1) round of edits within 72 hours of receiving your completed video. This one round of edits must include all changes you request to make, be as detailed as possible, and must be submitted within the 72 hour timeframe to your dedicated Project Manager.
What if I need additional edits?
If you'd still like to make additional edits to your video after the initial round, there will be an additional charge for each round of edits. Please contact us for additional details to these charges. Any requests not included in the first round of edits sent within 72 hours, are considered additional requests. To avoid a high increase of additional charges, we highly suggest compiling detailed notes for changes during the first round of edits. If edits are requested, your updated video will be delivered in 1-5 business days. This is in addition to the initial 10-14 days, so technically with one edit it could take as many as 19 business days.
When will the date of my shoot be scheduled?
Once you purchase your video(s), a meeting will be scheduled with your Project Manager who will send you a preliminary questionnaire to gather the details for your shoot. Once we receive your completed questionnaire you will be contacted within 24 hours to schedule your shoot. If you submit on a Friday, you will be contacted on Monday (or next business day, if there is a holiday). The earlier you schedule your shoot, the faster your video will be completed.
What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel my scheduled video shooting?
24 hour notification of intent to reschedule must be given before your scheduled shoot date and time. There is an additional fee incurred for rescheduling or cancelling within 24 hours.
