Q:
When can I expect my video to be finished?
A:
You can expect your video to be completed 10 - 14 business days after the scheduled day of shooting. Please note, if you require additional edits, this will lengthen your completion date. You can also consider expedited service at an extra cost, but this length can also vary if you require additional edits during production.
Q:
Can I star in my own video?
A:
Yes. The more participation from you in the video, the better the end result will be. Should you choose to star in your video, please be prepared on the shooting date with a script or a detailed outline.
Q:
Must I prepare a script for all videos?
A:
Not necessarily. We use your completed Video Guideline Form to assist our Videographer in capturing the best footage for the style of video you choose. If you decide to appear on camera, we recommend that you write down some of the key points about your business that you would like to get across and spend a few moments rehearsing these points.
Q:
What languages are supported?
A:
English is the only standard language supported for all video types. If in Canada, all titles will be in English and French at no additional cost. For more information on any additional languages we support, please inquire directly to one of our representatives.
Q:
I live in a country outside of North America, can I use this service?

Q:
Can I add my own watermark or copyright information to my Video?
A:
Yes. If you'd like to have a customized watermark of your logo for your video, you will need to provide Agent Image with a photoshop file of your watermark (.PSD format) before your scheduled shoot. If you need a watermark created, Agent Image TV can create a watermark of your logo for a one time fee, please inquire. Please note, this includes only converting your logo into a watermark, not designing a logo for you.
Q:
What if I want a final video format other than FLV or MOV?
A:
The default final formats published will be in either .FLV and .MOV and then uploaded to your own YouTube channel or YouTube.com/AgentImageTV if you don't have an existing account. Your video/s can be supplied in additional formats as well, but there will be an additional charge depending on the format in question. Please review the YouTube format
policy.
Q:
If there are any other actors in your video besides yourself, should you have them sign a release form?
A:
Use a model release form at your own discretion. The usual protocol is to have models, or people appearing in your video, sign a release form so that you have their written permission to use their image in your marketing.
