Where can I inquire about bulk pricing? What is considered bulk?
A:

Q:
What if I want to shoot my video in different locations in my city?
A:
We can shoot locations that are within a 30, 60 or 90 minute driving radius. If your shoot requires this driving radius, additional costs based on distance will apply. Please inquire for more details.
Q:
How can I know for sure if I'm within an acceptable distance of a metropolitan district?
A:
A metropolitan district is defined as: One hour standard driving radius from a distinct Metropolitan area of at least 10,000 residents as per the latest Governmental Census. If you do not meet these requirements, we will let you know before production begins at the point of scheduling your shoot. An additional is incurred if you're location is beyond the acceptable distance. Please contact us for more details.
Q:
If I'd like my video in an additional language, what is the cost?
A:
Not all languages are supported but if available, there's a one time fee for an additional language video. Please inquire for more details.
Q:
If I'd like my video to be longer can I increase the length?
A:
Of course! You may purchase additional time in blocks of 15 seconds as needed. Each block of time will cost additional and should be requested before the shoot. Please inquire for more details.
Q:
I've received my completed video, now can I increase the length?
A:
We will make every effort to accommodate this request but it depends on the amount of footage that was shot initially and how long you'd like to increase the video. If the increase is less than 30 seconds, 99% of the time this should be no problem. This request also needs to be sent in at the same time as any edits.
Q:
Can Agent Image create a unique watermark for me?
A:
Yes, Agent Image can create a watermark of your logo for a one time fee. Please note, this includes only converting your logo into a watermark, not designing a logo for you. Please contact us for more details.
Q:
Can you provide me a DVD version of my video?
A:
Yes, we can create and ship you a hardcopy should you need. This entails a one time fee. Please contact us for more details.
Q:
What if I need my video in a format besides the default formats?
A:
Outlined below are the various formats we can provide. Please inquire for the costs of these formats:
- Transcoding of Finished Production to other computer-based formats other than .FLV
- Transcoding of Finished Production to TV Broadcasting Standards (HDTV (1080i and above)– if available) NOTE: it's best to request this before the initial shoot so the appropriate camera can be used if available.

Can I have my video expedited?
A:
Yes, we offer rush service if you need your video in a hurry. There are two different options for rush delivery (per video). Please contact us for cost details:
- 1 to 5 business days
- 6 to 10 business days
